1. Our service

MyExamTime is a practice and assessment platform offering previous-paper practice, chapter-wise questions, mock tests and performance reports for exams such as EAPCET, JEE and ECET. It is not a replacement for classroom learning and does not guarantee admission, rank or score in any exam.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is for one student; sharing access is not allowed.
• Students under 18 should use the platform with a parent or guardian’s consent.

3. Packages, payments and refunds

• Free and paid packages are described on their pages, with price, content and validity period. Access ends when the validity period ends.
• Payments are processed through our payment partners. Prices may change, but changes do not affect packages already purchased.
• Because digital content is available immediately after purchase, fees are generally non-refundable, except where a payment was charged in error or the service could not be delivered. Contact us within 7 days with your transaction details for such cases.

4. Tests and results

Mock and live tests may allow a single attempt and run on a fixed timer. Scores, ranks and analytics are for self-assessment. We make every effort to keep questions and answer keys accurate, but errors may occur; please report them to us so we can correct them.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell, distribute or publish our questions, solutions or other content without written permission.
• Do not use bots, scrapers or automated tools, share answers during live tests, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not post unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

6. Intellectual property

The website, its design, software, questions, explanations and reports are owned by MyExamTime and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own exam preparation.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service, without refund where the breach is serious.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package concerned.

9. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction.
